Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all makeup services provided by Aaron Gibson ABN 91 988 126 292 to you. Upon booking a service with Aaron Gibson, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENT
All makeup appointments require either full or a deposit payment upfront and done so via bank transfer. An invoice will be provided via email info@aarongibson.net to action payment.

DEPOSITS
An upfront non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required to be paid by the client to secure booking. The deposit required is set at 50% of the total amount that is due. The full remaining amount is due on the day of appointment and can be paid via cash or bank transfer. Booking slots are reopened to the public if a deposit has not been actioned within 48 hours.

BRIDAL DEPOSITS
To secure a wedding, the client is obligated to submit a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount due within 1 week of the completed makeup trial. The full remaining amount is due within 1 week before wedding date.

QUOTES
No reduction in the number of makeup applications will be allowed following acceptance of the initial quote. It is imperative to note that adjustments to the cost amount are strictly prohibited once the initial agreement is confirmed. Any additional numbers requested on the day will be accommodated where possible within the agreed framework. Any additional cost amounts, such as undisclosed parking fees or unexpected travel expenses, which have not been prearranged by the client in advance, will be sent in a separate invoice to the client.

Quotes provided are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. If a deposit has not been received within this timeframe or if there is no response from the client, pricing and availability are subject to change at the discretion of the artist. Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit has been received, securing the agreed pricing at that time.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

In the event a client is unable to attend their scheduled appointment, they are required to notify the artist of any cancellations or requests for rescheduling at least 24 hours before their appointment time. Clients who cancel their appointment 24 hours or more will receive credit to a future booking. Any client who cancels their appointment less than 24 hours will have their booking forfeited and cannot be rescheduled to a different date or credited for future use.

TRAVEL
For bookings of more than 3, the artist is open to travelling to the required location for makeup. The travel rate varies from location-to-location and will be quoted via email. For interstate and destination weddings, flights, accomodation, meals and car hire/Ubers will be charged as an extra cost.

PARKING
The client is responsible for arranging suitable hotel or street parking and will be subject to a corresponding fee.

LATENESS
If the client exceeds a delay of more than 15 minutes beyond their scheduled booking time, the appointment shall be deemed forfeited based on the availability of the artist. It is important that the client communicates the delay via email or text if safe to do so.

HEALTH
Aaron Gibson requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Aaron Gibson have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes. It is essential for the safety and well-being of the client that this information is disclosed. If client is present with any cold and flu symptoms, they must communicate this to Aaron. Aaron has the right to refuse entry if the necessary communication is not presented as required, nor will a refund or credit be given.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Aaron Gibson reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of his make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes with your consent.
